Zhejiang DOGU Technology Co., Ltd is located in Huangyan, Taizhou, the hometown of plastic molds in China. It is a high-tech enterprise integrating appearance design, structural design, mold design, mold processing & assembly, product manufacturing and sales.
The company’s plant area is about 60,000 square meters. We have about 30 years of mold manufacturing experience, more than 50 high-precision processing equipment and nearly 100 injection molding machines, and a professional team with 25% design and development personnel. As the world’s first two-color TPE car mat brand, with the brand concept of “exquisite auto life”, it introduces fashionable design concepts and innovative two-color technology applications. While maintaining the original safety, environmental protection and odor-free characteristics of TPE mats, it innovatively proposes the concept of two colors, improves the appearance of TPE mats, and makes a unique mat design for each car model, enhancing the luxury and refinement of the car compartment.
On the basis of retaining the health and environmental protection of TPE, we innovatively adopted the two-color design aesthetics and successfully developed two-color TPE foot pads. Combined with customer feedback, while retaining the beautiful appearance, we created the bite structure and scientific texture design of the rear foot pads to facilitate the needs of car owners in daily life. The floor mats of each model are customized from pattern to design, making them truly special for each car, greatly enhancing the refinement and luxury of the interior of the car.

Production process
DOGU floor mats are one-piece injection molded, and the surface has anti-fouling and stain-resistant texture, making the foot feel comfortable and easy to clean.
Healthy materials
Using the well-known Swedish brand material -HEXPOL, which is the leader of TPE materials. TPE materials are healthy and formaldehyde-free, no odor in all seasons, -40~80℃, no deformation and no brittleness, and the burning rate is ≤100mm/min.
